I shared a picture of some beautiful veggies my husband got from a local community garden. I went to meet the person in charge of it today to learn more about how it works. I came home with another eggplant and another zucchini! I decided to bread and fry the white and purple eggplant. Seasoned flour, 2 eggs beaten, and panko bread crumbs. The family loved it!!

Well, that's what's on the table in our house today. We sure have been doing a lot of grilling. Only a few weeks of summer before school starts up again. I don't think we are ready for that at all. =) What are you serving up these days?
Mom is cooking everyday. It is great because it's a break for me and i am very grateful :)
