Aren't these beautiful? Purple and white eggplant, zucchini and PURPLE bell peppers!
My guy was out visiting somebody and met someone who showed him a community co-op type garden. He brought back a few of their offerings. I am going to go see the garden sometime this week. I can't wait to check it out. Wonder what I should make with these beauties??
